Five videos (DOW-UAP-PR123 to PR127) that the U.S. Navy's UAP Task Force transferred to AARO in 2022 were, per the official descriptions, "captured contemporaneously" in 2019 over the Pacific. PR123 to PR125 are hand-held recordings of an infrared sensor display aboard a U.S. military platform, filmed off a screen. PR126 and PR127 are hand-held low-light footage by a service member, following apparent light sources. Every description states the media was digitally altered before it was reported to AARO and is presented as received. The descriptions name no ship or aircraft, date, or object. The obvious question is whether this set is related to the July 2019 Navy videos leaked in 2021 (case/corbell2021). The files do not say. *Method note: war.gov blocks this server. The videos were not viewed. Content is from the official video descriptions as given on the ufotransparency.com mirror.*

On the record

  • All five: transferred by the U.S. Navy UAPTF to AARO in 2022; incident 2019, Pacific Ocean; "DOW-UAP-PR123 through DOW-UAP-PR127 were captured contemporaneously"; media "digitally altered before being reported to AARO" and presented as received; descriptions informational only, not analytical judgments. (PR123-PR127, official descriptions)
  • PR123 (1 min 4 s): a secondary capture of an infrared sensor display, "not native primary sensor data", with fidelity limits from filming a screen; an area of contrast near centre across several time ranges; panning and zooming at 00:08-00:25. (DOW-UAP-PR123, official description)
  • PR124 (about 53-54 s): the sensor zooms in on an area of contrast at 00:02-00:29; from 00:30 to 00:53 the contrast loses distinctiveness against the background. (DOW-UAP-PR124, official description)
  • PR125 (28 s): an area of contrast moving within the IR field of view from 00:00 to 00:28; possible blurring or flicker from filming a screen. (DOW-UAP-PR125, official description)Pyramids & sphere
  • PR126 (2 min 32 s): hand-held footage by a U.S. military service member in low light; the camera pans and zooms tracking apparent light sources entering, leaving and being centred in frame. (DOW-UAP-PR126, official description)
  • PR127 (2 min 29 s): hand-held, low light; camera pans following an apparent light source, with intervals of no content. (DOW-UAP-PR127, official description)
