Haqq-Misra and Kopparapu, the first paper of Avi Loeb's UAP Science Advisory Council. Across 112 PURSUE videos, the redacted range data means the footage can neither show nor rule out anomalous speeds. The good data exists and is withheld, which is Stratton's point too.
