Carlotto 1995: 'Digital video analysis of anomalous space objects' (STS-48)
Journal of Scientific Exploration 9(1), pp. 45-63. Puts one object at about 35 km/s and finds the 'target' object consistent only with being at or near the physical horizon. Max says it cites a DSP satellite correlation (not yet read).
