The Psychotronic Universe: Attraction and Gravitation (Inomata, CIA STAR GATE file)
Lead
The video (46:35-47:20) cites a declassified CIA document on a "psychotronic universe and gravitation". The match in the CIA Reading Room's STAR GATE collection is "The Psychotronic Universe", subtitled "Attraction and Gravitation", by Shuji Inomata of the Japan Psychotronics Institute: 26 pages, released in 2000. It deals with consciousness, matter, energy and gravitation. That the CIA's remote-viewing program collected it shows the subject was taken seriously enough to file.
On the record
- A related 1986 cable, "Psychotronics Research in Japan", is CIA-RDP96-00792R000400330004-4.
- It is a Japanese researcher's paper kept in the STAR GATE files, not a CIA-authored study, and it does not mention Saturn or Bergrun.
