An anonymous report dated 23 March 1992 from 'JS' to 'all Deneb team members', the main source for the Coyame crash of 1974. It surfaced on a bulletin board in 1992 and was mailed to researchers in 1993. Stringfield judged it written in correct military language and careful to separate evidence from speculation. Its author and the 'Deneb team' remain unknown.
