Builder of the MQ-9 Reaper drone. It was an MQ-9 that fired a Hellfire missile at a glowing orb off Yemen in October 2024, in the video shown to Congress in September 2025. Drones like this, with high-end sensors flying long missions, are now a major source of UAP footage.
