Charles Buhler
Long-time NASA electrostatics engineer at Kennedy Space Center who co-leads Exodus Propulsion Technologies, a private company. He claims about 2,000 test runs since 2016 producing thrust in hard vacuum opposite to any ion wind, now at about 400 volts and sometimes with the supply off, and in 2024 told The Debrief a test article lifted against one gravity. No peer-reviewed paper or independent replication has been found.
