Kevin Knuth
Kevin Knuth is a physicist at the University at Albany, a former NASA research scientist, vice president of UAPx and an affiliate of the Galileo Project. His 2019 Entropy paper with Robert Powell and Peter Reali estimates the accelerations and power implied by well-documented UAP cases such as the Tic Tac. At the 2023 SOL Symposium he added estimates for Minot 1968 and other cases, while saying he is skeptical of people who assume they saw an alien spacecraft.

Claims (4)
With Robert Powell and Peter Reali he estimated the Tic Tac's acceleration at 5,000 g or more and its power at about 1,100 GW for a 1,000-kg object.Estimating Flight Characteristics of Anomalous Unidentified Aerial VehiclesTic Tac (FLIR1)analysisSourced, unconfirmedKevin Knuth
From the Minot 1968 radar data he estimates about 209 g and Mach 12.Minot 1968Estimating Flight Characteristics of Anomalous Unidentified Aerial VehiclesanalysisSourced, unconfirmedKevin Knuth

SOL 2023 talk, quoted at 3:18.
“The Tic Tac accelerated at least 5,000 g, which for a 1,000-kg object means about 1,100 GW, with no energy released when it stops (about 250 Tomahawks' worth).”On the recordThe Physics of UFOs - Dr. Kevin Knuth
From the 2019 paper and SOL talk.
“Reported luminosities run from 2,000 to 30,000 MW, and some cases show electric and magnetic field effects and transmedium travel.”On the recordThe Physics of UFOs - Dr. Kevin Knuth
“At Minot AFB on 24 Oct 1968 an egg-shaped object "like molten lava" paced a descending B-52 at about 3 mi and closed 2 mi in one radar sweep, implying about 209 g and Mach 12.”On the recordThe Physics of UFOs - Dr. Kevin Knuth
