Person
Tim Taylor
- Who: a NASA launch engineer and biomedical entrepreneur (Vivex Biologics); author of Launch Fever.
- Why he matters: he links Pasulka, Garry Nolan, Chris Bledsoe and the Vatican Observatory. Pasulka says he worked in a compartmented program on the phenomenon and draws on NHI "downloads".
- What is solid: his career, his 2017 Vatican Observatory visit with Pasulka, the New Mexico debris-site trip (Nolan confirms it), and a Camp David napkin he mailed to Bledsoe.
- What is not: he has never spoken publicly. Every claim about his program work comes through others.
A NASA launch engineer and biomedical entrepreneur. Diana Walsh Pasulka's books present him, as "Tyler D", as an insider in a compartmented program on the phenomenon. He has never spoken publicly about it, so everything strange about him comes through Pasulka, Chris Bledsoe and others.

On the record
- Career: NASA aerospace and biomedical engineer. His company biography credits more than 40 shuttle missions and 80 DoD missions flying biomedical experiments (Columbia, 1991). He holds 40+ patents, co-founded the surgical device firm Endius and Vivex Biologics, and wrote Launch Fever. Coulthart checked these against the bio (Reality Check Q&A). He ran the "Launch Fever 2" X account and a YouTube channel of launch footage (VETTED).
- Vatican: the Vatican Observatory's 2017 annual report lists both Pasulka and "Timothy Taylor (NASA)" among its visitors. That listing is how "Tyler D" was identified (Reality Check Q&A).
- New Mexico debris site: Garry Nolan confirms the trip with Pasulka and Taylor to an alleged crash site. Nolan has since said the material he tested was not anomalous (Coulthart; Nolan on Lex Fridman).
- Camp David napkin: Grant Cameron posted a photo of an envelope Taylor mailed to Bledsoe, holding a napkin with the presidential seal from Camp David (Bob Maguire on VETTED; Coulthart calls it a coaster). It shows Taylor had the napkin; that it means he briefed Obama on Bledsoe is Maguire's and Bledsoe's inference.
Claims (9)
He worked in a compartmented program on the phenomenon, with duties whose full purpose was not apparent even to his supervisor; Pasulka later called it an unacknowledged SAP.Ross Coulthart: 'What the f— is going on?' Hybrids, Tim Taylor and the Tall Whites (Q&A)secondhandLeadD. W. Pasulka
After the Challenger disaster he worked by a heavily shielded room at a space facility; he believed something in it emitted signals that changed his cognition, and his biomedical breakthroughs followed.Ross Coulthart: 'What the f— is going on?' He receives information from non-human intelligence ("the thoughts that show up in my mind don't seem like my own") and keeps a contact routine: sleep, sunshine, hydration, exercise, little alcohol, no coffee.Ross Coulthart: 'What the f— is going on?' At the New Mexico crash site he said it is routine to scatter ordinary metal over crash sites so searchers find nothing anomalous; he used metal detectors tuned to specific materials.Ross Coulthart: 'What the f— is going on?' At the site he told Pasulka it looked familiar because "you've seen it in the X Files"; the show "had an insider on their team".Ross Coulthart: 'What the f— is going on?' Hybrids, Tim Taylor and the Tall Whites (Q&A)secondhandLeadD. W. Pasulka (clip on VETTED; cited by UAP Gerb, Nov 2024)
At the Vatican Observatory the staff knew who he was in advance; he read Copernicus and Kepler originals and records of levitating and bilocating saints, and underwent a religious conversion. He put a piece of what he said was Roswell material in Chris Bledsoe's hand and asked "why you?" at Bledsoe's strong reaction; he studied the Bledsoe family and took them to NASA.Ross Coulthart: 'What the f— is going on?' He is NRO-connected and monitored launches for anomalous objects approaching spacecraft; with Bledsoe he investigated "living metal" from an alleged event at Zanesville, Ohio.Ross Coulthart: 'What the f— is going on?'
