These are two infrared clips with the same uploader title, "May 05 2020 Gulf of Arabia ... Dual UAP". AARO notes they are not duplicates: they show highly similar subject matter but are distinct. PR095 (4 min 49 s, uploaded May 2020) tracks a contrast that, at higher magnification, resolves into several distinct contrasts. They leave at lower right at about 01:50. PR093 (30 seconds, uploaded July 2020) tracks one contrast and then shows several entering and leaving. The Range Fouler form DOW-UAP-D38 records a solid white object over water in May 2020; the release does not connect them. *Method note: war.gov blocks this server, and the video itself was not viewed. Everything here comes from the official war.gov description, as reproduced and summarised on the ufotransparency.com mirror page. Release 02 states that on 6 March 2026 eight members of the House asked for 51 potentially UAP-related records. AARO found the responsive material on a classified network, and many items "lack a substantiated chain-of-custody". The quoted titles are uploader-defined, not AARO's, and AARO describes its descriptions as informational only, not analytical judgments. No DVIDS copy of the Release 02 videos was found.*

Plausibility weighs how well an account fits where secrecy hides the documents by design, so missing records never count against it. Strength measures what is documented. Assessed 2026-10-23.

On the record

  • AARO assesses the video is likely derived from an infrared sensor aboard a U.S. military platform operating within the United States Central Command area of responsibility in 2020. (DOW-UAP-PR093, official description as summarised by the mirror)
  • A user uploaded the video to a classified network in July 2020; total duration is 00:00:30. (DOW-UAP-PR093, official description as summarised by the mirror)
  • Per the AARO description, the sensor pans to track an area of contrast (00:00-00:07), then several areas of contrast enter and exit the field-of-view as contrast settings adjust (00:07-00:30). (DOW-UAP-PR093, official description as summarised by the mirror)
  • AARO notes DOW-UAP-PR093 and DOW-UAP-PR095 are not duplicates: they share an uploader-defined title and depict highly similar subject matter but are distinct. (DOW-UAP-PR093, official description as summarised by the mirror)
