These are two infrared clips, each just under 5 minutes, titled "Hi-Res: [CALLSIGN] Observes UAP on 25SEP19 at 2135Z" (PR097, uploaded October 2019) and "... at 1715Z" (PR099, uploaded November 2019). In PR097 the contrast appears, at higher magnification, as several areas grouped together. In PR099 several contrasts enter and leave the view, with black-screen intervals. There is a date discrepancy. The mirror quotes PR099's uploader title as "Observes UAPs on 23SEP19 at 1715Z" and its listing metadata gives the incident year as 2023, although AARO places the footage in 2019. The two times are 4 h 20 min apart, so these are probably separate sightings by the same unit. They may relate to PR098, uploaded in October 2019. *Method note: war.gov blocks this server, and the video itself was not viewed. Everything here comes from the official war.gov description, as reproduced and summarised on the ufotransparency.com mirror page. Release 02 states that on 6 March 2026 eight members of the House asked for 51 potentially UAP-related records. AARO found the responsive material on a classified network, and many items "lack a substantiated chain-of-custody". The quoted titles are uploader-defined, not AARO's, and AARO describes its descriptions as informational only, not analytical judgments. No DVIDS copy of the Release 02 videos was found.*

Plausibility weighs how well an account fits where secrecy hides the documents by design, so missing records never count against it. Strength measures what is documented. Assessed 2026-10-23.

  • AARO assesses the video is likely derived from an infrared sensor aboard a U.S. military platform operating within the CENTCOM area of responsibility in 2019. (DOW-UAP-PR097, official description as summarised by the mirror)
  • A user uploaded the video to a classified network in October 2019. (DOW-UAP-PR097, official description as summarised by the mirror)
  • Video duration is 00:04:59; usable imagery runs roughly 00:34 to 03:06, with no content before and after. (DOW-UAP-PR097, official description as summarised by the mirror)
  • At higher magnification (01:38-02:10) the area of contrast appears as several areas grouped together in the center of the field-of-view. (DOW-UAP-PR097, official description as summarised by the mirror)
  • AARO assesses the video is likely derived from an infrared sensor aboard a U.S. military platform operating within the U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM) area of responsibility in 2019. (DOW-UAP-PR099, official description as summarised by the mirror)
