Jeremy Corbell and George Knapp released a military infrared video filmed in 2018. A pulsing object with dangling tendrils drifts over the base, appears to change temperature, and then drops into a lake or river before shooting off. Corbell said a whistleblower inside the military gave him the footage, and that the object was tracked for an extended period.

The object floated silently across the base, which holds a CIA base inside it, unseen by people walking under it; it went into a body of water, stayed there while the camera held on it for 18 minutes, then came out and 'shot off into the sky'.Ask George: the Jellyfish under water, the Lockheed-Bigelow deal and why the secret is keptsecondhandLeadGeorge Knapp
After the recording, the base commander came in with armed security and took the master recorder; someone had copied part of it, and that part is what Knapp and Corbell released.
