Evidencedocuments

Seven pages of this mission report are almost entirely redacted. Only the UAP block on page 7 survives. During return to base at 1319Z, an aircraft whose name is redacted observed one UAP while passing over 36°34'53"N 25°59'43"E, which lies in the Aegean among the Cyclades islands. The UAP was described only as "triangular and metallic". The report gives an altitude of 24,989 ft MSL and a speed of 168 knots, but the sentence is ambiguous: these may be the aircraft's figures rather than the UAP's. The 168-knot speed fits the crewed and uncrewed ISR aircraft seen in the other reports. The date, unit and sensor are all redacted, and war.gov's own title gives no date ("NA"). *Method note: war.gov blocks this server. This mission report was read from the original PDF served by the ufotransparency.com mirror. Most of its pages are image-only or blacked out, so the quotations were read from the rendered page images. Redactions are shown as [redacted].*
