Ukraine's armed forces UAP procedure
On 11 May 2026 Serhiy Beskrestnov, known as 'Flash', an adviser to Ukraine's Ministry of Defence on electronic warfare, said Ukraine's armed forces already have a voluminous document on UAP incidents, approved by Commander-in-Chief Oleksandr Syrskyi. He framed the objects as possible enemy technology. He also said that within an hour of his posting a front-line video of an unidentified object in 2023, someone from a state body handling such matters contacted him.
