A manuscript of an 'Encyclopedia of Flying Saucers' from about 1960, released by FOIA from Fort Meade in 1999, with ink notes in the margins. Ryan Wood attributes the notes to Vannevar Bush and dates the ink to about 1962; one reads 'this should not get out' beside a passage on man-made gravity craft.
