The Deep Underground Command Center memos (1963-64)

A set of 1963-64 memos between Robert McNamara, Walt Rostow, McGeorge Bundy and the Budget Bureau about a command centre some 3,500 ft under Washington for 40 to 300 people. The plan is documented and was cleared to proceed in January 1964; officially it was never built. UAP Gerb's sources say a large cavern under the Pentagon exists and is run by the CIA's Directorate of Science and Technology.
