MUFON white papers prepared for BAASS (November 2008)
Five short white papers that the Mutual UFO Network wrote for BAASS in November 2008, under its subcontract on the DIA's AAWSAP program. They map to the program's lift, power, control, human-interface and propulsion areas and are research proposals rather than case reports. The most striking line is MUFON's statement that it holds copies of x-rays 'which may provide evidence of implants in unsuspecting U.S. citizens'.
