Dr. Jim Segala
A physicist and engineer who learned his trade in Hal Puthoff's Austin institute and then went into the field at Skinwalker Ranch to study injuries people linked to the phenomenon. He was the science lead in the first season of The Secret of Skinwalker Ranch. He then put home sensor units beside dozens of Uinta Basin experiencers and says about 600 sensor spikes have lined up with what they reported. Under the name MUPAS the study now runs worldwide, run with his wife Barbara.
