On Dr. Phil with Rep. Burlison (15 October 2026) he asked for a National Intelligence Estimate, a whistleblower protection fund and 'non-human intelligence' in place of 'extraterrestrial' in law. He says the Disclosure Foundation has filed a FOIA request for the briefings, and that current law already requires federally funded research centers to hand over UAP material.
