  • Firsthand: saw a Lunar Orbiter far-side mosaic with structures at Langley, about 1965.
  • Secondhand: the airman's 'base on the back side of the Moon'.

US Air Force sergeant at Langley AFB in the mid-1960s. Spoke on record under his name for Steven Greer's Disclosure Project (about 2001): sent to an NSA facility on the base to fix equipment processing Lunar Orbiter imagery, he says a fellow airman showed him a far-side mosaic with structures and told him of a base. He died in 2018.
