A declassified mission report and released infrared video record the fast white orb, though the observer is identified only by rank and the video's date description conflicts with the report.

A mission report from the 11th Attack Squadron (432nd Air Expeditionary Wing), DOW-UAP-D107, records a UAP seen on the sensor feed during an Operation Inherent Resolve ISR sortie. From 0141Z to 0150Z on 29 October 2025 an observer (rank A1C) "STATED IT LOOKED LIKE A WHITE ROUND ORBIT [sic]". The UAP was tracked moving "AS FAST AS 500MPH" and then lost. The friendly aircraft was at about 22,500 ft. The UAP form lists it as "Solid" with no effects on persons. The accompanying 4 min 58 s infrared video (DOW-UAP-PR133) follows a single area of contrast that leaves the frame five times and defeats an auto-tracking reticle. Its description dates the footage to 2024, which conflicts with the report. No explanation is given. *Method note: war.gov blocks this server. The mission-report PDFs were read directly from the originals via the ufotransparency.com mirror. The videos were not viewed; their content is taken from the official video descriptions as given on the mirror.*
