Organization
SkyWatcher
A private UAP research group tied to Jake Barber, formed to combine sensor arrays with 'psionic' operators who say they can call craft in. It announced field operations in 2025 and promised to release footage of summoned objects. To many it is the civilian heir to Stargate: psychic work, now aimed at contact.
On the record
- Its public announcements and released clips via NewsNation.
- Its April 2025 'Discovery Framework' rates electromechanical signalling at Level 3 (analysis and testing) and psionic interaction at Level 2.
- It worked from a base at Sierra Blanca, Texas, southeast of El Paso, and told NewsNation it hosted AARO staff there.
- James Fowler left in mid-August 2025; its last X post was on 25 December 2025 (NewsNation; IBTimes UK, 11 August 2026).
