On 6 May 2022 an Operation Inherent Resolve ISR aircraft doing target development saw five UAP fly across its full-motion video (FMV) between 1514Z and 1934Z. The first looked like a possible missile, with the missile type redacted. The crew judged that the other four fitted the profile of possible birds. Dust hindered most FMV collection of the ground. DOW-UAP-PR19 is a byte-identical copy of the same PDF published under an "Unresolved UAP Report" number. The report itself proposes birds for four of the five objects and a possible missile for the first. Neither is confirmed. *Method note: war.gov blocks this server. Each mission report was read from the original PDF served by the ufotransparency.com mirror. Quotations come from the PDF text layer and were checked against the page images where the scan is poor. Redactions are shown as [redacted]. Field names such as "Observer Assessment of UAP" are the form's own labels.*

Plausibility weighs how well an account fits where secrecy hides the documents by design, so missing records never count against it. Strength measures what is documented. Assessed 2026-10-23.
