Department of the Air Force Rapid Capabilities Office (RCO)

The small Air Force office, set up in 2003, that builds the most sensitive aircraft and spacecraft outside normal acquisition channels, including the B-21 bomber and X-37B spaceplane. Its long-time director Randall Walden described it as run on Skunk Works rules and reliant on AFOSI for security. UAP Gerb's Air Force sources say it is how SAF/AQ's legacy involvement is packaged, and he names Walden as a gatekeeper.
