Non-profit that runs the federally funded research and development centre for US military space, created in 1960 from half of TRW's Space Technology Laboratories. Its board has drawn senior intelligence and acquisition people, among them former CIA deputy director Stephanie O'Sullivan, ex-NRO director Pete Aldridge and ex-RCO director Randall Walden. Rep. Burlison sent it questions on UAP programs and was briefed in a secure setting without result.
