Northrop Grumman & TRW - UFO Reverse Engineering, Material Exploitation, & Legacy Programs [Vol.2]
UAP Gerb argues that Northrop Grumman, through its purchase of TRW, is the contractor most involved in the legacy programmes and the main one to break away from government control after 9/11, using company research money to run its own retrieval and exploitation work. He builds on Grusch's statements about IRAD funding and Clapper, the record of TRW's IRAD mischarging, the 1982 CIA memo on channelling contractor IRAD, and the Kingman 1953 trail through TRW's Edward Doll. Gerb names Northrop's security chief Terry Phillips as the key gatekeeper, and points to the Tejon radar range and the vanished Northrop advanced design centre; those links are his own reasoning.
