Underground bases
Deep underground bases as UAP Gerb maps them. The documented layer is solid: the Corps of Engineers, RAND, Bechtel and the national labs planned and built deep facilities and long tunnels, and in 1963 the Pentagon proposed a command centre 3,500 ft under Washington. None of those records mention UFOs. The UFO link rests on anonymous letters, researchers' informants and Gerb's own veteran sources, and the network model is his analysis.
