BDM Corporation
Defense contractor founded in 1959 near Fort Bliss and White Sands, bought by TRW in 1997 and so now part of Northrop Grumman. It matters here for its people and one meeting: INSCOM's Gen. Albert Stubblebine joined it in 1984, retired DNI Sumner Shapiro was with it when he told Bob Oechsler he had studied recovered craft, and it hosted the 1985 Advanced Theoretical Physics group on UFOs. SAIC analyst Willard Miller named it among the 'keepers of the keys'.
