On 25 November 2009 at Port Jervis, New York, a slowly rotating cigar-shaped object about 200 feet long with five lights passed over a car. The engine, phone and power windows died and then recovered. MUFON investigators working for BAASS measured the car with a tri-field meter, which pegged, while a control vehicle read normal, and they wrote that "Natural phenomenon was ruled out". The case is in BAASS's November 2009 report to DIA.
