Michael Herrera - Insights into UAP Encounter and Black Program Insiders

Episode thumbnail: Michael Herrera - Insights into UAP Encounter and Black Program Insiders. · UAP Gerb (YouTube), reproduced for identification

Gerb and his investigator Joey sit down with former Marine Michael Herrera for two hours. Herrera draws the craft, the platform and the trucks, walks through the day in Sumatra in 2009 step by step, and describes his AARO session, where Sean Kirkpatrick wanted only to know who the armed operators were. Joey's radar-data check matched Herrera's account of a later helicopter flight before Joey told him the result. Herrera also describes meeting an insider through Steven Greer, whose claims about an enforcement arm, shoot-downs and their own reverse-engineered craft remain hearsay.

Overview

  • Firsthand: Herrera's drawings, timeline, the operators and the AARO session.
  • Checked: Joey's flight-tracking match and the 2009 Navy briefing.
  • Hearsay: the insider's enforcement arm, shoot-downs and ARVs.

On the record

  • RADM Richard Landolt's briefing on the CH-53 relief flights from 9 October 2009.
  • Herrera's April 2023 AARO session is acknowledged in AARO's 2024 historical report, which he says misstates him.

Open questions

  • Who the operators were, and whether AARO ever used the satellite imagery it mentioned.
  • Whether the 'Nathan' photo shows anyone from his mission.

Leads to follow

  • The flight records Joey used for the insider-meeting helicopter.
  • Possible thread node 'anti-UAP weapons': the insider's balloon tests and shoot-downs, beside case/whitesands-lure.

Witness testimony (11)

His team was a random 'stick' of chow-hall volunteers, not his own unit; a female Marine major briefed them in the wardroom, they drew loaner M16s and flew by CH-53 to a hasty landing zone, then went up a slope for security.Drawn and narrated in person for Gerb.firsthandSumatra, 2009: Michael Herrera's octagonal craft
The craft had a pyramid-like top, corners with vents, scale-like panels and red, yellow, green and blue lights only at take-off; it was 'the blackest darkest thing that I have ever seen', light seemed absorbed into it, and it hummed like a transformer. He says octagonal 'but could be circular'.firsthandSumatra, 2009: Michael Herrera's octagonal craft

Alleged / one person's word (3)

The insider group has 30-plus years in the program, is its enforcement arm with assets in law enforcement, the military and government, is split by a faction war over disclosure and oversight, and drugs recruits ('pink assets') so they do not recall what they contact.Hearsay from an unnamed insider.secondhandunnamed insider (CIA non-official cover) → Michael Herrera → told it

The group's own reverse-engineered craft are EMP-proof and cannot be hit by rifles, .50 cal or missiles; it is now 'very hard' to tell them from non-human craft, and civilian aircraft straying into restricted airspace near installations have been hit.Hearsay.secondhandunnamed insider (CIA non-official cover) → Michael Herrera → told it
