Ufologist who founded the Disclosure Project, whose 2001 National Press Club briefing put dozens of military and contractor witnesses on record. His Disclosure Project Intelligence (DPI) archive of call notes, emails and briefing modules is the starting point for several of UAP Gerb's witnesses: 'MS' at Dugway (#10655), the Edwards officer 'Ed' (#11063), Jonathan Weygandt, Denise McKenzie at SAIC and Arnold House. Greer also makes broad claims of his own about man-made antigravity craft and shoot-downs, mostly from insiders he does not name. In 2025 he brought Roderick Castle and Michael Herrera to Rep. Eric Burlison.
