Ben Rich

Head of Lockheed's Skunk Works from 1975 to 1991, behind the F-117 stealth fighter. He is quoted as telling an audience at UCLA that 'we now have the technology to take ET home'; MUFON's Jan Harzan is named as one who heard it. George Knapp says he asked Rich directly, the day the F-117 was unveiled at Nellis, whether alien technology was in it, and Rich said no. Rich died in 1995.
