Harald Malmgren
American economist and trade negotiator who advised Presidents Kennedy, Johnson, Nixon and Ford. In late-life interviews he said he had held debris that fell from the 1962 Bluegill Triple Prime high-altitude nuclear test, given to him through Lawrence Preston Gise of the AEC's Albuquerque office, and that the test series was meant to bring down UFOs. The claim is disputed (Douglas Dean Johnson, Washington Examiner). Herrington says the name sounds very familiar, probably from a DOE briefing.
