US Navy UFO Crash Retrieval & Reverse Engineering Programs
Gerb models Navy UFO programs as monitor, collect, store and exploit, with the National Underwater Reconnaissance Office, CIA and Navy recovering craft from the sea and the Office of Naval Research passing them to contractors, a model drawn from Christopher Sharp's 2024 reporting. He sets out named Navy figures (Inman, Shapiro, Kobitz), John Craven's Sand Dollar seabed recovery program, the 1962 Bluegill pod recovery logs, and an anonymous 1991 deep-submergence recovery off Scotland. Gerb's links between these, such as Sand Dollar as the Navy's first legacy program, are his own reasoning.
