Robert Cardillo

Former Deputy Director of National Intelligence for intelligence integration, sixth director of the NGA and deputy director of the DIA. Per Rob Jones's research, Eric Davis and Christopher Sharp's reporting, he may have been the final authority who vetoed Lockheed's transfer of craft material in the Kona Blue era, and in 2019 he joined the board of Peraton, the firm that absorbed Lockheed's black-program unit. UAP Gerb is certain he was involved.
