Eric W. Davis

Astrophysicist at EarthTech International, Hal Puthoff's company in Austin, and a contractor on the Pentagon's AAWSAP/AATIP programme. He is the Davis of the Wilson-Davis memo, his notes of a 2002 meeting in which Admiral Thomas Wilson described being refused access to a crash-retrieval programme. At a spring 2025 congressional briefing he listed four kinds of beings associated with recovered craft, reptilian types among them, and in 2026 he told NewsNation he has seen the evidence for at least four species.
