Four witnesses testified. Luis Elizondo said that 'advanced technologies not made by our government or any other government are monitoring sensitive military installations around the globe' and that the U.S. has crash-retrieval programs. Retired Rear Admiral Tim Gallaudet described an email with the GOFAST video that was later wiped. Journalist Michael Shellenberger presented a whistleblower report on 'Immaculate Constellation', an alleged secret program holding UAP imagery. Former NASA official Michael Gold called for NASA to take the subject seriously.
