The Manhattan Project 2.0 - the Secrecy of UFO Crash Retrieval Programs [VOL.1]
UAP Gerb argues that the first UFO programmes, which he calls the Manhattan Project 2.0, copied the Manhattan Project's five security pillars under Vannevar Bush and George Marshall: compartments, organisational cover, physical security, nuclear classification and a political shield in the NSC. He leans on the Wilbert Smith memo, Sarbacher's letters, Kissner's statement, the Interplanetary Phenomenon Unit records and Craven's Sand Dollar account, and on Grusch's statements about Clapper and the Atomic Energy Act. He adds a Navy and research-centre security source who gave the 'onion briefing' hundreds of times, and in his own reasoning places DOE's NEST team at Weygandt's 1997 Peru crash.
