Cleveland-based engineering conglomerate whose Space Technology Laboratories ran ICBM systems engineering in the 1950s and later built early-warning and NRO signals-intelligence satellites. It spun off the Aerospace Corporation in 1960, bought BDM in 1997 and was absorbed by Northrop Grumman in 2002. Several later intelligence leaders started there. In UFO research it is the alleged prime of 'Zodiac', Eric Davis says a TRW study sat in a Roswell binder at Wright-Patterson, and UAP Gerb reads it as the contractor side of the Wilson-Davis notes.
