UFO Legacy Programs - Northrop Grumman
Gerb argues that Northrop Grumman is the quiet partner beside Lockheed in UFO legacy programs, having absorbed legacy work through its purchases of TRW, BDM, Teledyne Ryan and Grumman. He gathers Northrop's 1968 electro-aerodynamics paper, the B-2 charged-edge report, Bill McDonald's Tehachapi Triangle engineers, the Tejon and Helendale radar ranges, Edgar Fouche's TR-3B primes, and Greer witness Arnold House on Project Red Light. The ranking of contractors and the role he assigns Northrop are his own reasoning built on these sources.
