UFO Legacy Programs - Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC)
Gerb argues that SAIC is the contractor most entwined with UFO legacy programs, through five threads: people who moved between SAIC and the 1994 special-access oversight structure, money and accounting scandals, the Stargate psychic program, a 1988 electric propulsion study for Edwards, and Randy Anderson's account of an Off-World Technologies Division at NSWC Crane where SAIC holds large contracts.
