Back from Washington, Gerb and Rob Jones report on the state of disclosure in late June 2026. Coulthart has reported, and Gerb confirms, that Luis Elizondo is being hired to lead the disclosure effort, while several people who know him say he took part in the legacy programs. In Burlison's office Hal Puthoff said OAP was real and ATIP was not, and nodded when Gerb said Kona Blue's material came from Kingman. The UAPDF event, Gallaudet's NURO remark and a correction to Gerb's Oak Ridge sourcing round it out.
